Training field workers involves a two-step approach, the first step being discipleship. In our discipleship training we strive to see people grow in their identity, ability to hear God's voice, knowing their calling and gifts and having  great health in their families and marriages. The second step is training for the field this inlcludes - cultural training, leadership training, ministry training, governance and more
